An Urgency to Live Well is one of the most alive pieces I’ve ever made. Every inch of the canvas is moving — layers of white gestural marks cascade over deep reds, electric blues, and bursts of pink and yellow, each stroke urgent and intentional at the same time.

The title says everything. There’s a restlessness in this work, a refusal to be content with what is not fruitful. I made it from a place of wanting more — more presence, more meaning, more honesty in how I show up every day. The marks aren’t random. They’re a record of that urgency.
