I visited New York City for the first time in the Fall of 2022, and that is when I finished putting this piece to bed. When I returned home and got off the plane I felt incredibly invigorated. I knew I had experienced something that grew my world view and I’d never be the same again.
Around every block, you could spot the fast pace, and there was a refreshing boldness of which people lived their lives. I couldn’t help but feel I had brought back a piece of that hustle home; an urgency to live and to live well.
